It is established that multi-drug regimens carry the risk of interactions. Precipitant drugs may modify the object drug's absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion or actual clinical effect.
The unit processed approximately 6771 prescriptions using dispensing package between 1st May and 30th June, 2012 for about 2087 patients in which 89 DIs..
