Sub- micron sized particles are used as drug delivery carriers. It is important to have suitable visualisation tools to locate these particles in the cellular environment. One interesting imaging tool for this kind of purpose is by using a coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (CARS) microscope. It is a label-free and chemical-spesific imaging..
