Mini-tablets are tablets with diameters up to 6 mm and considered as multiparticulate delivery system. They combine the physiological advantages of multiple unit dosage and the economic advantages of single unit dosage forms.
Two batches (5kg each) of both mini-tablets/ pellets, 2mm diameter each, were prepared by wet granulation and extrusion.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
