Drug related problems and negative outcomes related to medicines have a significant clinical and economic burden. However, a large percentage of negative outcomes are preventable
The economic evaluation was based on a cluster randomized controlled trial (conSIGUE Program) carried out Spain, where 178 pharmacies enrolled patients aged ≥65 years.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
