Current clinical guidelines recommend using the Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM) for proper screening, diagnosis and management of hypertensive patients(HP). In collaboration with primary care physicians(PCP) we have implemented a program of ABPM in Community Pharmacy(CP)
