    The sale of over-the-counter medicines and non-pharmaceuticals, are an important part of Danish pharmacies revenue. For most of the staff, which has not received any formal sales training, there is an inherent barrier to overcome. This study aims to create better understanding in regards to the staff’s identity and motivation focused on sales.
