Intervention Mapping (IM) provides a comprehensive framework that can help pharmacy service planners overcome current challenges in pharmacy practice, such as the development, implementation and evaluation of pharmacy services. According to IM, pharmacy service planning must begin by establishing a stakeholder planning group.
