Dry age related macular degeneration (AMD) is a common retinal disease that leads to irreversible central vision loss in elderly populations, and the prevalence rate of AMD has increased worldwide. Recent study have identified many factors related to the development of dry AMD, however, there is no effective therapy to prevent or restore vision..
