  The simultaneous analysis of imidazole antifungals in plasma has been accomplished using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). No HPLC method has been reported for the simultaneous analysis of ketoconazole (KTZ), clotrimazole (CLZ), econazole (ECZ) and miconazole (MCZ) in pharmaceutical dosage forms.
