Recent changes in Canadian health care policy have expanded the pharmacist’s role and the Government of Ontario provided grant support for the Ontario Pharmacy Research Collaboration (OPEN) to assess and improve the quality, outcomes and value of these emerging pharmacist-provided medication management services.
