The South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) is responsible for standards and quality in pharmacy education in South Africa (SA). The latest recommendations for curriculum review included additional training on evidence based clinical and drug development pharmacy skills as well as training to equip pharmacists for the new National Health Insurance..
