Pharmaceutical compounding is characterised by the triad relationship doctor-patient-pharmacist, which is represented when a doctor prescribes a compounded medicine that is prepared by a pharmacist for a specific patient. This traditional relationship is the foundation for pharmaceutical compounding and is crucial for taking medicines to best..
