We investigate a specific type of SJS/TEN, accompanied by eye manifestations and related to certain types of cold remedies. Association with HLA-A*02:06 was found in Japanese and replicated in Korean. In silico docking simulations predicted that the A0206 molecule has high binding affinities to various ingredients including ethenzamide and..
