Acridine analogues bearing substituted bulky 9-amino functionalities are shown to inhibit topoisomerase II, relaxation of super coiled DNA are important drugs in treatment of cancer.
Based on the above background, A series of novel thiazine substituted 9-anilinoacridines were synthesized and evaluated for antitumor.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
