Objective: Pharmacists have taken on the important role of forming a partnership with their patients to support their recuperation. However, pharmacists have few opportunities to learn how to acquire high-quality communication skills through empathizing with patients. We have created a new simulated patient (SP) participatory learning program.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
