In recent years the use of solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs) as transport systems for the delivery of DNA has become very attractive. The use of cationic SLNs developed by the technique of microemulsion, which are complexed with DNA in order to study their application in gene therapy is reported.
The aim of this study is to prepare SLN-DNA complex.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
