Background: Little is known about why pharmacists leave the profession. Anecdotally some pharmacists indicated that stress associated with work in an unsafe, unethical or unprofessional environment may be a factor. Pharmacists' Support Service (PSS) is an organisation that provides anonymous peer support over the telephone to pharmacists with..
