    AIMS: Describe Drug Therapy Problems (DTP) in a young patient in levodope. METHODS: Patient care process consisted of the following steps: 1) assess drug-related needs, to assure an indicated, effective, safe and convenient drug therapy; 2) identify/categorize DTP; 3) develop care plan with the necessary interventions to achieve therapeutic goals..
