  • Abstract:

    Objective: To evaluate the effect of pharmaceutical interventions in the reduction of drug-related problems (DRP) and improvement of health-related quality of life (HRQOL) in a group of chronic patients. Study design: A prospective, randomized study that evaluated the effect of pharmaceutical interventions to improve patients’ pharmacotherapy.
