Cucurbit[n]urils are a family of macrocycles and the homologues CB, CB and CB are able to bind a range of small molecule and peptide based drugs within their cavity. Cucurbiturils are superior to cyclodextrins with lower toxicity and a range of drug benefits including: improved chemical/physical stability, water solubility,..
