Absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion (ADME) are physiologic processes that play an important role in therapeutic outcomes and adverse effects of all medicines. The ADME processes for most drugs are influenced by two important classes of protein, namely drug metabolizing enzymes and transporters. Specifically, these proteins together .. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
