BACKGROUND: FaSSIF and FaSSIF-V2 are commonly used to simulate the physiological composition of human intestinal fluids (HIF) in in vitro solubility and dissolution studies. In comparison to the previously used SDS buffers, these media are able to better reflect the solubility of poorly soluble APIs.
AIM: Evaluating the influence of different bile .. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
