[Background&Aim] It is important to assess the risk of drug induced liver injury (DILI) during the preclinical drug development process. We have established a rat sandwich cultured hepatocytes (rSCHs) based assay system to evaluate cholestatic DILI risk of each drug compound. However, it has not yet been confirmed if this in vitro assay system..
