    I. Background
    Warfarin is the most commonly used anticoagulant. Cranberry is often used for the prevention and adjunctive treatment of urinary tract infection. Several case reports of cranberry-warfarin interaction have been published. However, the effect of cranberry on warfarin pharmacokinetics remained unknown.
