Control of powder particle size distribution is particularly important for production of mini-tablets. This work investigates the effect of particle size on the behaviour of drug-loaded mini-tablets for ocular use.
Mini-tablets (2mm diameter) were made by powder mixing and compression on a Riva Piccola press with the following.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
