    Background:

    Recent surveys in North America, Australia and Europe have found that at least half of the population uses natural health products (NHPs).
    Aims:

    To investigate the rates and causality of adverse event(s) (AE) associated with NHP use, prescription drug use and concurrent NHPs-drug use through active surveillance in community pharmacies.
