• Abstract:

  Background and Aims:
  
  The seeds of fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.), which have a long history for use in traditional Chinese medicine, are known to have an hypocholesterolemic effect. The purpose of this study is to clarify the mechanism for the cholesterol-lowering action of fenugreek in the absorption process at the intestine.
