    Transdermal delivery of PG using conventional dosage forms is variable.
    II. Aims

    Design, build and operate a Particles from Gas-Saturated Solution/Suspension CO2 unit. The unit was used to produce PG solid dispersions with improved transdermal permeation compared with commercially available creams.
