  CKD was reported to be associated with pre-existing disease、renal disease, concomitant use of nephrotoxic drugs and old age. Chronic pain (sciatica、osteoarthrosis etc.) is very prevalent in the elderly population, and NSAIDs are the most commonly prescribed drugs to relieve pain.
