  • Abstract:

    I. Lectins are a group of proteins interact with polysaccharides and glycoproteines by binding to specific carbohydrate residues.

    II. These lectins have a specific to sialic acid; they are inductors of g-interferon and antitumour agents also.

    III. The lectin preparations were obtained by treatment of culture Liqvid of two saprophytic strains..
