  • Abstract:

    Background:

The delivery of genetic material to cells is possible through viral and non-viral delivery systems. The poly-beta amino esters (PBAE) are pH responsive biodegradable polymers, have ability to condense and protect genetic material.

    Aims:

To synthesize and characterize novel PBAE for delivery of genetic material.

    Methods:

    The PBAE
