    BACKGROUND: Expanding scopes of practice are enabling Canadian pharmacists to take on more active roles in direct patient care and medication management. Recognizing the need for national continuing education (CE) to help pharmacists move into these new roles, a group of Canadian pharmacists and educators created an online CE program called ADAPT
