    Background:
    Bortezomib is a proteasome inhibitor that can be effective in the treatment of refractory and relapsed multiple myeloma. Pharmacokinetic disposition of bortezomib has not been fully characterized in humans.
    Aims:
    The aim of this study was to evaluate the blood distribution of bortezomib and its kinetics in multiple myeloma patients.
