Aims
· To develop and validate a pharmacy based primary care programme aimed at insuring safe and effective drug-use among users of anti-hypertensive medicines
· To develop a concordance-partnership between GP’s and pharmacy staff and non-adherent hypertensive patients
· To develop and validate instruments to document the effect.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
