    Aims Computerized prescriber order entry (CPOE) is an application in which prescribers write order online to decrease medication errors. This system has been introduced into our hospital for 6 years but order entry errors, which resulted in medication errors, are still noted. We carried out this interventional study mainly to reduce the order
