Aims: The purpose of this study was to detect, analyze, and quantify the type and frequency of identifiable factors associated with adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in Taiwan hospital.
Methods: This retrospective study was conducted in a 1,025-bed regional teaching hospital located in southwestern Taiwan. Data were extracted by the pharmacy..
