Influence of CYP2C19*2, CYP2C19*3 and CYP2C9*3 genotypes on anti-epileptic drugs resistance of refractory epileptics

  • Abstract:

    To study mechanism of drug resistance in refractory epilepsy. CYP2C19*2/*3 and CYP2C9*3 were detected by RFLP method. 96 patients with refractory epilepsy having received operation with resection of epileptogenic focus (A group) and 270 patients with non-refractory epilepsy responsive to monotherapy of antiepileptic drugs (B group) were collected.
