  • Abstract:

    The Aim of the Study was to examine the effects of propylene glycol (PG) on release of clindamycin phosphate (CP) from the bases of the hydrogel type, made of different cellulose derivates.

    Methods: samples were made with 1) 0,5 % of CP and 2) 0,5 of CP and 10 % of PG in 2 % hydrogel bases a) sodium - carboxymethylcellulose (NaCMC), b)..
