• Abstract:

  Previous findings indicated that glucocorticoids affective on modulation of acute pain and probably interact with serotonergic system for this effect. The present study determine of interaction between of 5HT2 serotonergic receptors and glucocorticoids on modulation of acute pain in Tail flick (TF) and Hot plate (HP) models in mice.
