BackgroundThe pharmacovigilance activities which include detection of adverse effects in form of signals assessed to understand them and their relationship with the drug to prevent the occurrence of these unwanted effects due to the drug. The aim of pharmacovigilance includes improving patient's health and make sure drugs are used safely.
