BackgroundDue to the limited data on adverse reactions before drug enters into the market, healthcare professionals should be encouraged to actively report Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) once a drug is marketed. The National Adverse Drug Reactions Reporting System set up by the Drug Relief Foundation reports the ADR reporting process in Taiwan.
