Background
Hospital pharmacists are required to grasp physicians’ thoughts and advise on pharmacotherapy. However, the gap between physicians and pharmacists in the clinical reasoning process have not been clarified.Methods
We targeted cases shared by the pharmacists and physicians in clinical reasoning conferences at Department of General Medicine, .. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
