Background“Patient Drug Usage Safety” is a key goal in quality care. Drug usage is common but each process from the issuance to dispensing of drugs may be over-sighted. We formed a plan to reduce Near-Miss Events (NME) to improve safe drug usage.
System found most common NME relating to dispensing process to be drug.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
