BackgroundKetoconazole is a broad-spectrum anti-fungal imidazole derivative, class II of BCS and exhibits poor aqueous solubility and high permeability is a 2nd generation drug indicated for different forms of candidoses.
MethodsLiquisolid compact was prepared using PEG 400(liquid vehicle), MCC PH 102(carrier material) and Aerosil 200(coating.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
