BackgroundOnly 24% of hypertensive patients or diabetics are medication adherent, and 25% have routine visits with their primary care provider. Prescribewellness is a software program that allows pharmacies to track non-compliant patients. The use of Prescribewellness to identify high-risk patients and improve disease state management is limited.
Me.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
