BackgroundCommunity pharmacists (CP), being one of the most accessible groups of the health workforce with a dual role of customer service, experience abuse and violence from their patients. Such abuse not only affects the pharmacists themselves but also result in negative downstream effects on patient quality of care and potential for errors.
