Pharmacy education has evolved in most parts of the world to include a minimum level of clinical competencies. While education can form a good foundation, many types of clinical practice require an additional level of training. Post-graduate pharmacy residency training is designed to build upon knowledge, skills, attitudes and abilities gained..
