    Background

    Wrightia tinctoria (Pale indigo) is used in the treatment of Psoriasis. Various phyto constituents present in this plant like β amyrin, Quercitin, α-amyrin, wrightial, β- sitosterol exhibit wound healing, anti bacterial, antifungal,  anti inflammatory and anti psoriatic activities.
