OBJECTIVE:
The purpose of this study was setting up a computer-base ADE self-reporting system to prevent from artificial barrier through several procedures and compared the practice outcome and efficiency with traditional pharmacist-base review at Taipei Medical University affiliated Wanfang Hospital.
