Background
Subcutaneous (SC) pumps, such as Alzet® and iPrecio®, are increasingly becoming important devices used in small animal experimentation. SC pumps offer a suitable method for drug delivery, overcoming disadvantages of SC bolus administration.

The present study aims to evaluate the bioavailability of a drug administered from Alzet®
